Job summary

Starlight Children's Foundation in Sydney is seeking a part-time Family Relationship Coordinator to oversee the Wishgranting program and be the main contact for families. You will collaborate with health professionals and the Wish Experience team to deliver unforgettable experiences and support families throughout the process.

You will coordinate CRM-driven records, maintain professional boundaries, and work across teams to ensure every child is seen, supported, and celebrated.

Qualifications

• Qualification or solid experience in health services, social work, welfare, or related field.
• Experience working directly with families, especially children or young people.
• Understanding of family-centred care and advocacy.
• Comfort with CRM systems and data tracking.
• Collaborative mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for families in Wishgranting Program.
• Coordinate activities with Wish Experience team and health professionals.
• Track conversations and details in CRM.
• Support delivery of Starlight experiences.
