Starlight Children's Foundation Australia is seeking a Family Relationship Coordinator to support families in our Wishgranting Program. You will be the main family contact, welcoming families into the program and guiding them through the wish process with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Qualification or solid experience in health services, social work, welfare, or a related field.
• Experience working directly with families, ideally supporting children or young people.
• Strong understanding of family-centred care and advocacy for families.
• Confidence using CRM systems to track conversations and details; tech-savvy.
• Collaborative, cross-team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Welcome families into the program and serve as the main point of contact.
• Coordinate Box Office activities and assist with event logistics for wishes.
• Support families through the wish process, collaborating with health professionals and Wish Experience team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and ensure data integrity across touchpoints.
• Engage with diverse families and coordinate with multiple teams to deliver Starlight experiences.
