Job summary

Connect Hearing is seeking a patient-focused Client Care Representative for our Tuggerah hearing clinic. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, handling appointments, and supporting clinicians with administrative tasks in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

This permanent part-time position (2 days/week) offers training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow within a national network that values people-centered care and innovation in hearing health.

Qualifications

• Experience in face-to-face customer service and/or admin role.
• Passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Willingness to travel between Nedlands and Como clinic locations.
• Permanent part-time position: 2 days/week (15.2 hours).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Provide administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists).
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations (opening/closing).
• Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox.
• Process client billing and payments.
• Learn and competently use clinic software and applications.
