Job summary

Connect Hearing, part of Sonova, invites applications for a permanent part-time customer service/admin role at our Tuart Hill, WA hearing clinic. You will welcome clients, schedule appointments and provide admin support to clinicians in a friendly, client‑facing environment.

This two day per week position (Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm) offers training, a supportive team and opportunities to grow within a company at the forefront of hearing care.

Qualifications

• Experience in face‑to‑face customer service and administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage time and multi-task in a clinic environment
• Comfort with learning new software and tools
• Proactive service mindset and client-focused attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for clients
• Providing administrative support to Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
• Managing day-to-day operations of the clinics
• Learning and using a range of software and applications
