Job summary

Commonwealth Bank of Australia seeks a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Success branch on a part-time basis. Two positions available, with varying weekly hours across rostered shifts in our Perth region.

You will work closely with the Branch Manager and colleagues to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. You will engage customers, demonstrate digital banking options, process personal loan and credit card applications, and uphold Bank policies.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus and integrity.
• Ability to work collaboratively with branch team and reference specialists.
• Comfort with in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Experience in a busy retail banking environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
• Help customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Address customers' transactional needs and ensure satisfaction
• Interview and process applications for personal loans and credit cards
• Adhere to bank processes, reconcile transactions, review financial positions
• Engage with customers through community events and fundraising
• Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your team
• Capture customer feedback and drive service improvements
