Commonwealth Bank in Karratha is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist for a part-time role at our local branch. You will build relationships with customers, explain in-branch and digital banking options, and refer more complex needs to specialists.

Working under the Branch Manager, you will handle transactions, complete Financial Health Checks, process applications for personal loans and cards, and participate in community activities. The roster is fixed (Monday to Friday, 9:15am to 4:15pm).

Responsabilidades

• Build a personal connection with customers through meaningful conversations
• Help customers use in-branch technology and digital banking options
• Address and respond to transactional needs in-branch to ensure satisfaction
• Complete Financial Health Checks to assess financial needs
• Process interviews and applications for personal loans, credit cards and related products
• Proactively call customers to invite them to a Financial Health Check or a specialist appointment
• Adhere to bank processes and reconcile transactions accurately
• Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising
• Look out for the safety and wellbeing of your team
• Capture customer feedback and drive service improvements
