Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist to join our Success branch on a part-time basis in Western Australia. We have two positions available with fixed rosters.

Position 1: 23 hrs/week; Position 2: 21.25 hrs/week. You will work with your Branch Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences, refer complex needs to specialists, and participate in community activities.

• Experience in delivering frontline customer service in a busy retail or banking environment.
• Ability to assess customer needs and refer them to the right specialist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a fast paced setting.
