Zusammenfassung

CherryPeople is seeking three ambitious Sales Development Representatives to drive outbound B2B SaaS sales across ANZ. You will open doors, generate opportunities, and book qualified meetings for Account Executives, building your pipeline in a remote-first setup across NSW and VIC.

You’ll be prospecting decision-makers in construction-related industries, facing targets and developing skills toward an Account Executive role.

Qualifikationen

• Outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS is a must.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting targets.
• Able to work remotely and manage multiple prospecting activities.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting.
• Identify and engage decision-makers across construction-related industries.
• Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate meetings.
• Qualify potential customers and uncover operational challenges.
• Book qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Research target accounts and stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with AEs to refine outbound strategies and improve conversions.
