Job summary

North Kincumber Physiotherapy in Kincumber NSW is seeking a Casual Operations Manager and Receptionist to join our admin team. You will lead front-desk duties, manage bookings and payments, and support marketing to help our clinicians deliver top-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and computer skills. Proficiency with Chirosoft, MS Word and Canva is essential, with flexibility to cover Mon-Fri shifts as needed.

• High level of computer literacy and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Front desk duties: professional phone manner and welcoming patient experience.
• Bookings, rebooking, payments and invoicing with insurers/NDIS/PRODA.
• Stock taking, equipment orders, and SOP updates.
• Daily communication with stakeholders and referrals.
• Generate daily/weekly banking reports and liaise with director.
• Follow-up accounts receivable weekly.
• Marketing tasks: PR, web presence and social media.
• Manage staff schedules and coverage for sick/annual leave.
