Job summary

Jubilee Sports Physiotherapy seeks an experienced Operations & Reception Manager to run day-to-day clinic operations across our Caringbah and surrounding sites. You will lead reception, administration and systems, owning workflows and service quality.

You will manage rostering, onboarding and performance, while partnering with practice principals and clinicians to deliver exceptional patient experiences. This role offers growth in hours and responsibilities for the right person.

Qualifications

• Experience in practice management, healthcare administration, medical reception or similar operational role.
• Demonstrated experience leading, supervising or coordinating a small team.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing demands and show initiative.
• Ability to remain calm, professional and solutions-focused in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Experience with rostering, staff onboarding and performance management.
• Experience developing SOPs and improving administrative workflows.

• Oversee day-to-day administrative and reception operations across our practices.
