Job summary

Crown Resorts is seeking 3 Soft Services Coordinators to join Crown Sydney and oversee cleaning, waste management and other soft services on a 24/7 roster. You will manage contracted service partners, perform audits, and drive improvements while supporting sustainability initiatives across the property.

Ideal candidates will have facilities management experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to analyse data to identify opportunities for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property services or cleaning operations.
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections or quality assurance activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor cleaning, waste management and soft services contractors.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews across Crown Sydney.
• Ensure suppliers meet service standards and KPIs.
• Support operational planning for scheduled, reactive and emergency services.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and operational excellence.
• Support Crown's environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyse performance data and report on contractor outcomes and service delivery metrics.

Soft Services Coordinator (Crown Resorts)

We are looking for 3 x Soft Services Coordinators to join the team and help shape the experience thousands of guests, residents and team members enjoy every day.

As a Soft Services Coordinator, you will be at the heart of service excellence across Crown Sydney's soft services operations. Working closely with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders, you will help ensure our cleaning, waste management and environmental services consistently exceed expectations.

You will require availability to work across a 24/7 roster, with flexibility across overnights, weekends and public holidays.

You will be:

• Coordinating and monitoring cleaning, waste management and soft services contractors
• Conducting quality audits, inspections and compliance reviews across the property
• Ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed service standards and KPIs
• Supporting operational planning for scheduled, reactive and emergency services
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service partners
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement and operational excellence
• Supporting Crown's environmental and sustainability initiatives
• Analysing performance data and reporting on contractor outcomes and service delivery metrics

You will bring:

• Experience within facilities management, property services, cleaning operations, waste management or a similar environment
• Strong contractor and stakeholder management capability
• Experience conducting audits, inspections or quality assurance activities
• A strong understanding of compliance, risk and operational best practice
• Exceptional proactivity, organisational and problem-solving skills
• The ability to analyse data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• A passion for sustainability and operational excellence
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
• Has or is able to obtain all required Casino Employee Licences
