Qualifications

• 2+ years delivering Level 1 IT support or service desk.
• Experience with field technical assistance preferred.
• Ability to log, triage and manage incident priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for technical enquiries onsite.
• Log, triage and manage incident priorities under time constraints.
• Set up, configure, test, and decommission field devices and equipment.
• Resolve login, password, software errors, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Maintain asset records and documentation for deployed equipment.
