Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand in Brisbane is seeking an on-site EUC and Desktop Support technician to deliver high-quality support across client sites in the Brisbane CBD and metro area.

You will troubleshoot incidents, image and configure hardware, and support Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM environments. A current driver’s licence, own vehicle, and Australian citizenship with QLD blue card are required for travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with EUC and desktop support.
• Proficient in Windows environments and hardware imaging.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, and SCCM.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites.
• Troubleshoot incidents and provide timely resolutions.
• Image and configure hardware; support laptops and devices.
• Support Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM environments.
• Travel between sites; on-site work in Southport and Brisbane metro areas.
