Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand in Brisbane is seeking a permanent part-time EUC and desktop support specialist to work three days per week, with a strong possibility of progressing to full-time. The role requires close collaboration with end users and real-time issue resolution across multiple client sites, onsite in Brisbane.

You will diagnose and resolve EUC problems, image hardware, and support Windows environments with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM.

Qualifications

Job description

NRI Australia & New Zealand – Brisbane QLD

This is a permanent part time (3 days per week) role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, working directly with end users, and resolving issues in real time. There is also potential for the role to become full-time. The option to contract 3 days per week may also be considered.

About the Role

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs. You will be a practical, customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in fast-paced support environments. Approachability, good written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
• Printer troubleshooting experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ITIL practices

• Must have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle (travel between sites required)
• Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
