Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking a part-time EUC/Desktop Support specialist in Queensland, Brisbane. You will resolve real-time end-user issues, support across multiple client sites, and help maintain day-to-day technology needs with a pragmatic, customer-focused approach.

The role offers 3 days per week onsite, with potential to move to full-time. You must have strong Windows knowledge, experience imaging hardware, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, AD, Intune, SCCM, and ITIL practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC/Desktop support or similar hands-on role involving incident troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments and hardware imaging.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication with end users.
• Travel between sites as required and work onsite 3 days per week.
