NRI Australia & New Zealand in Brisbane is seeking an on-site EUC and Desktop Support technician to deliver high-quality support across client sites in the Brisbane CBD and metro area.

You will troubleshoot incidents, image and configure hardware, and support Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM environments. A current driver’s licence, own vehicle, and Australian citizenship with QLD blue card are required for travel between sites.

NRI Australia & New Zealand – Brisbane QLD

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs. You will be a practical, customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in fast-paced support environments. Approachability, good written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role. You'll need a current driver's licence and your own transport to undertake this role. Your working day will commence on-site in Southport, working across customer sites in the Brisbane CBD and metro area.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
• Printer troubleshooting experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
