Job summary

NRI Australia & New Zealand in Brisbane is seeking a permanent part-time EUC and desktop support specialist to work three days per week, with a strong possibility of progressing to full-time. You will diagnose and resolve EUC problems, image hardware, and support Windows environments with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM.

Qualifications

• Experience in EUC or desktop support with incident troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Windows environments and hardware imaging.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, Intune and SCCM.

Responsibilities
