Job summary

NRI is seeking an IT support specialist to deliver EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites in Queensland. You will troubleshoot incidents, imaging hardware, and maintain Windows/M365 environments while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires onsite work three days a week from Southport, clean driver's license, and eligibility to work in Australia. You will join a team focused on precise, proactive support and ongoing ITIL-aligned practices.

Job description

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites, ensuring users are supported effectively across their day-to-day technology needs. You will be a practical, customer-focused IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in fast-paced support environments. Approachability, good written and verbal communication skills are a must for this role.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in EUC, Desktop Support, or similar hands-on roles involving incident troubleshooting and timely resolution
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments
• Experience building and imaging hardware, with technical knowledge of laptop devices
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune and SCCM
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and ability to diagnose connectivity issues
• Printer troubleshooting experience
• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
  

Additional Requirements

• Available to start ASAP
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week
• Southport location ideal
• Must have a valid driver's licence and own vehicle (travel between sites required)
• Must be an Australian Citizen with a valid QLD blue card (working with children clearance)
