Job summary

NRI is seeking an IT support specialist to deliver EUC and desktop support across multiple client sites in Queensland. You will troubleshoot incidents, imaging hardware, and maintain Windows/M365 environments while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires onsite work three days a week from Southport, clean driver's license, and eligibility to work in Australia. You will join a team focused on precise, proactive support and ongoing ITIL-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting incidents and delivering timely resolutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work across multiple client sites in fast-paced environments.
