Job summary

Service NSW in Cooma is seeking a Customer Service Representative (SNSW Clerk Grade 3/4) to join our local Service Centre on a part-time, ongoing basis. The role is onsite with 20 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday, minimum 4 hours per shift, supporting customers face-to-face and via phone to resolve enquiries and provide information on NSW services.

You will be the welcoming face, handling a range of enquiries with empathy, while navigating multiple systems and protecting confidential

Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills across face-to-face and phone interactions.
Ability to work onsite with 4-hour minimum shifts, Monday–Friday.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
Team-oriented with a flexible approach to rotating rosters.
Adaptability in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

Handle a variety of enquiries and complaints with confidence and care.
Provide face-to-face and phone support to customers.
Assist customers in accessing information and connecting with required services.
Contribute to a professional, respectful customer experience.
