Service NSW is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Service Centre in Cootamundra. This ongoing part-time role offers a 20-hour week schedule with a rotating roster from 8:45am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday, and a starting salary of AUD 74,118 plus superannuation and leave loading.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, and the ability to handle both in-person and phone inquiries.
