Job summary

Handy Imprints in Sydney is seeking a Junior Sales & Office Coordinator to be the operational heartbeat of our Lane Cove West office, blending office logistics with direct customer enquiries and NZ order management.

This role offers variety as you log shipments, manage showroom samples, prepare quotes, support Australian accounts, and act as the NZ internal contact through production and delivery. Training provided and a chance to develop cross-border B2B sales skills.

Qualifications

• Energetic, quick-thinking junior sales & office coordinator.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Office & reception frontline: answer calls, greet visitors, sign inbound stock, arrange couriers, track shipments.
• Showroom & sample room management: maintain organised sample room, log items, track inventory, assemble sample packs.
• Sales support: assist account managers, track jobs, prepare quotes, support sales admin.
• NZ account management: main internal contact for NZ clients, respond to inquiries, quote, manage end-to-end process.
