Job summary

Nick Scali is seeking a Sales Admin Processes team member in Sydney to support high-volume sales administration. You will update customer accounts, manage orders, input delivery and pickup dates, and perform ad hoc filing tasks.

The role runs Monday to Friday 11:00am–5:00pm with occasional 10:00am starts during busy periods, weekend coverage when needed, and public holidays during sale periods. You will contribute to a positive team culture and ensure accurate, timely service.

Responsibilities

• Perform ad hoc office duties including filing (physical and electronic).
