Confectionery Trading Co. Pty Ltd is seeking a capable all-rounder for a part-time role across sales support, retail admin and marketing. You will enter orders in NetSuite, manage invoicing, liaise with major retailers and help prepare campaigns.

The role requires 2+ years in sales support or coordination, strong Excel skills, and ability to juggle deadlines while communicating professionally with stores and suppliers. On-site with parking in Villawood.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales support, retail admin or coordination, ideally in FMCG
• Confident with Excel, and with major retailer portals or able to pick them up quickly
• Very detailed and accurate, and organised enough to juggle multiple deadlines
• Clear, professional communicator with customers, stores and suppliers
• Comfortable switching between admin and creative work

Responsabilités

• Enter orders in NetSuite, manage invoicing and credits, and book freight and deliveries
• Keep price lists, customer portals and NetSuite up to date, including price increase submissions
• Complete new line, promotional and tender submissions for major retailers
• Work in retailer portals (Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Metcash, Kmart) for new lines, promotions, job lots and data extracts
• Review scan data and promotional sales results
• Support the sales team with deals, sample packs, presentations and meeting bookings
• Handle customer enquiries, log complaints and liaise with QA and freight providers to resolve issues
• Update the CTC websites, SKU library and product catalogue
• Create monthly social and video content using AI tools, plus regular Mailchimp campaigns, training provided
• Keep the office, samples, POS and meeting rooms well stocked and presented

This is a part-time role, with flexible days, split across sales support, retail admin and marketing. No two days are the same. One day you'll be lodging a new line form with a major retailer, the next you'll be building a Mailchimp campaign for our latest product launch.

Key responsibilities

Enter orders in NetSuite, manage invoicing and credits, and book freight and deliveries

Keep price lists, customer portals and NetSuite up to date, including price increase submissions

Complete new line, promotional and tender submissions for major retailers

Work in retailer portals (Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Metcash, Kmart) for new lines, promotions, job lots and data extracts

Review scan data and promotional sales results

Support the sales team with deals, sample packs, presentations and meeting bookings

About you
