Belgravia Apparel Pty Ltd in Melbourne is seeking an organised Sales & Operations Administrator to support our Melbourne operations and provide dedicated sales administration and operational support to our QLD and NSW customers.

From enquiry and quote preparation to order entry, production tracking, logistics coordination, and invoicing support, you will keep orders moving and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience in sales administration, customer service, order processing or operations support.
Strong order entry and administration skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Clear written and verbal communication with multiple teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Willingness to learn new business systems.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day sales administration support to QLD and NSW teams.
Respond to customer and sales inquiries and prepare quotes.
Enter and process orders accurately and monitor progress.
Coordinate orders with factories and logistics, track production and shipping.
Maintain accurate customer, sales and order records and assist invoicing.
Liaise with cross-functional teams: sales, operations, warehouse, freight and finance.
Escalate delays or issues promptly and ensure a great customer experience.
