Job summary

Southland Supply Group is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator in Sydney to support Account Managers, process orders, and manage quotations. You will proactively identify opportunities, reactivate inactive customers, and handle outbound calls to grow existing accounts.

In this role you will build strong customer relationships, provide product guidance, monitor ETAs, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

Experience in sales support or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Proficient with CRM and ERP systems.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Managing customer orders from entry through to delivery, monitoring backorders and ETAs.
Preparing and following up on customer quotations and maintaining CRM records.
Partnering with Account Managers on enquiries, follow-ups and sales activities.
Building relationships and advising on products, pricing, availability, and alternatives.
Identifying sales opportunities through outbound calls and re-engagement of inactive customers.
Monitoring customer activity to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
