Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer sales orders in the system.
• Prepare and organise delivery documentation.
• Match POD slips with sales orders and prepare invoicing documentation.
• Ensure completed sales are invoiced accurately and promptly.
• Maintain accurate digital records, customer information and filing systems.
• Process customer payments and cash/POS payments.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Assist customers with product information and order updates.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and inform customers.

Job description

We are seeking an energetic, organised and outcome focussed Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to join our growing business. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role suited to someone who enjoys working in a busy environment, managing competing priorities and maintaining a high level of accuracy. You will play an important role in supporting our customers, processing sales orders and coordinating with our production, warehouse and delivery teams to help ensure orders are processed correctly and delivered on time. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks while working collaboratively across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer sales orders in the company system
• Prepare and organise delivery documentation
• Match proof of delivery (POD) slips with sales orders and prepare documentation for invoicing
• Ensure completed sales are invoiced accurately and promptly
• Maintain accurate digital records, customer information and filing systems
• Process customer payments when required
• Process Cash Sales and POS payments
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with product information, order updates and general sales enquiries
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve queries and keep customers informed
