Job summary

Unisys in Townsville, QLD, is seeking a Tech Field Engineer to install, diagnose, maintain, and service desktop and printer systems on site. You will perform fault investigation, triaging, and resolution in a busy deskside support environment.

The role requires hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting, familiarity with Windows enterprise settings, and a valid driver's license; NV1 security clearance is mandatory for this position.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of deskside support experience.
• NV1 security clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer-related products including desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
