Job summary

Accor Perth is seeking a Full Time Night Manager to oversee the overnight operation of Mercure Perth on Hay's, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. You will lead the night shift in GM absence and manage check-ins, cashiering, and reporting.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced hotel environment. RSA/First Aid readiness and Australian working rights are essential.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to adapt to change and provide quick problem-solving.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Familiar with Opera, Outlook and MS Office.
• RSA and First Aid/CPR are required or willing to obtain.
• Australian working rights and availability to work 38 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel overnight operations in the General Manager's absence.
• Complete audits of daily revenue and postings, adjusting as needed.
• Collate paperwork and reports for finance and management.
• Provide efficient guest services including check in/out and information.
• Settle guest accounts and ensure cashiering is accurate.
• Maintain security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
• Support Front Office Manager and General Manager with checks and balances.
• Assist DistriktCafe restaurant service when required.
