Job summary

Waste Services Group, Australia’s leading integrated provider of waste management and managed services, is seeking a National Operations Support - Transitions specialist for Customer Onboarding within Wasteflex. You will drive the onboarding journey, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring all setup, scheduling, and site assessments meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Subcontractors and suppliers management experience.
• Experience in roles where planning drives customer success.
• Strong MS Excel skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Waste industry experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain positive relationships, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding journey, including account setup, service scheduling, and site assessments.
• Explain service agreements, pricing structures, and company policies.
• Address customer questions or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of waste collection equipment (bins, skips, compactors).
• Ensure operational teams are aligned with customer requirements and deadlines.
• Accurately input customer details, service agreements, and schedules into the CRM system.
• Maintain and update customer records to reflect changes in services.
