Wasteflex is looking for a National Operations Support - Transitions to manage the customer onboarding process. This full-time role is based in City of Knox, Australia, requiring in-office work two days per week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in subcontractors/supplier management and coordination.
• Experience in structured planning essential to customer success.
• Waste industry experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be accountable for the customer onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary contact for new customers during onboarding.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding journey.
• Coordinate the delivery and installation of waste collection equipment.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
