Job summary

Cleanaway, Australia’s leading waste management company, is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Wingfield for a full-time on-site role. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure excellent service delivery.

The role requires strong communication, proficient computer skills, and the ability to manage enquiries from subcontractors and drivers. Experience in transport or logistics is a plus, but a quick learner with attention to detail will also succeed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily schedules to support customer requirements and intercompany transfers of waste.
• Manage driver payments, purchase orders and reconciling.
• First point of contact for sub-contractors, Cleanaway drivers and internal queries
• Order placement and other necessary administrative duties
