Waste Options in Penrith, NSW is hiring two full-time Customer Service / Operations professionals to support our waste management services. You will handle inquiries, manage accounts, and coordinate between customers and contractors in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and Australian work authorisation. We offer training, flexible transport options, and a collaborative culture in an open-plan office.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service or operations experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and other relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email across multiple inboxes.
• Manage administration and customer service for all accounts.
• Coordinate waste collection and disposal with customers and contractors.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Provide administrative support as needed.
