Maptek Pty Ltd in Adelaide is seeking a Customer Development Manager to partner with existing clients and identify new business opportunities within the Australian mining sector. The role focuses on building lasting relationships and expanding our solutions across client operations.

You will lead customer meetings, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with marketing, technical and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Degree or Post Graduate qualifications in Geoscience.
• Vocational qualifications in leadership and management are desirable;
• A current Australian Class C Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead regular customer management meetings, ensuring alignment between client needs and business objectives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets and strengthen market position.
• Proactively generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight value and return on investment.
• Work closely with marketing, technical, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and long-term satisfaction.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
