Job summary

Maptek is seeking a driven mining engineer to join our Technical Services Team in Australia. You will provide technical expertise, consulting and application support across mining domains, including Mine Planning and Mine Operations, with a focus on Maptek products.

Responsibilities include product implementations, upgrades, professional services as a SME, and input into product development. We value energy, presentation skills and attention to detail to deliver valuable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• University degree in Surveying, Mining Engineering or Geology with relevant experience.
• Minimum of three years relevant work experience.
• Excellent knowledge of customer service principles, practices and technique.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and related teaching qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality end-user support, training and consulting services to customers.
• Present and engage with stakeholders and clients.
• Contribute to product implementations, upgrades and SME input for Maptek solutions.
