Job summary

Mineral Technologies, part of Downer, is seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand from Perth or Carrara. You will lead a regional sales team, shape growth strategies for equipment solutions, and strengthen executive-level customer partnerships.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will deliver revenue targets, expand market share, and collaborate with global sales, technical and marketing colleagues to win high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant sales leadership experience in mining/mineral processing or heavy industrial sectors.
• Ability to grow sales pipelines, develop new markets and meet revenue targets.
• Experience managing relationships from operational to executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing regional sales team.
• Deliver annual revenue and margin targets across Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for equipment sales.
