Job summary

LaserBond is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence in mining, minerals processing, pumps, and fluid transfer. You will identify new markets, build strategic relationships with mine operators and OEMs, and lead opportunities from initial engagement to repeat business.

You will collaborate with commercial, engineering and operations teams to deliver technically informed, value-based solutions that improve equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, pumps or heavy industry.
• Proven track record of winning complex opportunities and growing major/multi-site customers.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of industrial equipment reliability, wear challenges and maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Identify new markets and grow strategic accounts across mining, minerals processing, pumps, and fluid transfer.
• Lead major opportunities from initial engagement through qualification and commercial agreement to repeat business.
• Negotiate agreements and deliver sustainable revenue and gross margin.
• Develop compelling customer value propositions and build relationships with mine operators, OEMs, service providers and contractors.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering and operations teams to deliver practical solutions.
