Job summary

LaserBond Limited is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager for Mining, Minerals and Pumps. The role focuses on growing our presence across mining, minerals processing, pumps and fluid transfer, winning new business and developing long-term partnerships with major customers.

You'll work with OEMs and internal technical specialists to deliver wear protection and component life extension solutions, while building relationships with mine operators and engineering contractors to

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, pumps or heavy industry is preferred.
• Proven track record in winning opportunities and growing major or multi-site customers.
• Strong ability to engage executive, engineering, maintenance and procurement stakeholders.
• Familiarity with pricing, margins and customer value development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business in mining, minerals processing and pump applications.
• Grow strategic accounts across customer sites and equipment fleets.
• Lead opportunities from initial engagement through qualification, commercial agreement and repeat business.
• Collaborate with commercial, engineering and operations teams to deliver practical, profitable solutions.
