Job summary

Fitness First in NSW is seeking a dynamic Membership Manager to lead a team of Member Support Consultants. You’ll coach, motivate and drive sales while delivering outstanding member experiences from the moment a member walks in.

You’ll recruit, onboard and develop the team, set performance targets, monitor progress and collaborate with club leaders to propel membership growth across the network in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales and customer service with KPI achievement.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and retention strategies.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team to achieve goals.
• Confident using business systems and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targets.
• Drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and proactive retention strategies.
• Oversee front desk operations and set the standard for exceptional member service.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and provide training to ensure consistent team success.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support Consultants.
• Collaborate with club and regional leaders to deliver membership growth initiatives.
