Fitness First in New South Wales is seeking a dynamic Membership Manager to lead a high-energy team of Member Support Consultants. You will coach, mentor, and motivate the team to hit sales and retention targets while delivering exceptional member experiences from the moment members enter the club.

You’ll drive growth through acquisition and retention strategies, oversee front desk operations, and collaborate with regional leaders to deliver growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven background in sales and customer service with KPI achievement.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or motivating a team.
• Confident in using business systems and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the Member Support Consultant team to achieve sales and retention targets.
• Drive member growth through acquisition, integration, and retention strategies.
• Oversee front desk operations and set the standard for member service.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and provide training for team success.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of Member Support Consultants.
• Collaborate with club and regional leaders on membership growth initiatives.
