Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking a proactive Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) to be the first point of contact for potential members. You’ll drive new memberships, conduct tours and presentations, and build lasting relationships that encourage ongoing fitness journeys.

You’ll join a high-energy team with uncapped commissions and a supportive environment that values achievement of individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Strong communication and listening skills to understand member needs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert leads through outreach and referrals.
• Make lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through interactions.
• Assist with inquiries to achieve outcomes.
• Open/close the club as per roster.
• Support member retention programs and engagements.
• Conduct regular service calls to current and new members.
