Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking energetic Sales Consultants (Member Support Consultants) to drive new memberships, engage with potential members, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the first point of contact in the club, inspiring healthier lifestyles and building lasting member relationships.

Qualifications

• First Aid & CPR certificates required.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life and help them succeed.
• Strong problem-solving and obstacle-overcoming abilities.
• Outstanding communication skills—listening, understanding, empathising, influencing.
• Tenacity with drive to hit targets and team goals.
• Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget using promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive, personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Actively participate in member retention programs to keep members engaged.
• Regular service calls to new and existing members to recommend club products.
