Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates are required.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse people and help them succeed.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience.
• Outstanding communication skills to listen, influence and engage customers.
• Tenacity with drive to achieve individual and team targets.
• Customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach.
• Reach required number of lead contacts by phone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries and close memberships.
• Open and close the club as per roster and participate in retention efforts.
• Conduct regular service calls to keep new and existing members engaged.
