Job summary

Goodlife Health Clubs in Australia is seeking Sales Consultants to energise club growth, welcome members, and convert inquiries into memberships. You’ll drive new memberships, meet new people, and inspire healthier lifestyle choices in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

You’ll also support retention, deliver presentations, and enjoy uncapped commissions plus gym perks as part of a dynamic, high-energy team.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
• Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand and influence.
• Tenacity to achieve individual targets and team goals.
• Customer focused with a drive to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales budget via promotions and referrals campaigns.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through outreach and referrals.
• Achieve required lead contacts via telephone to maximise opportunities.
• Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
• Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
• Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
• Open and close the club as per the roster.
• Involve in member retention programs to keep them engaged.
• Regular service calls to members to boost results and amplify their experience.
