Goodlife Health Clubs is seeking a Sales Consultant (Member Support Consultant) in Melbourne to energize club membership and drive sales through proactive outreach and superb customer care. You’ll engage with potential members, present tours and programs, and guide new joiners along their fitness journey.

The role emphasizes a fast-paced, people-first approach, with a focus on achieving individual targets while supporting team goals.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
• Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life.
• Strong communication and goal-driven mindset.
• Customer-focused with a drive to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities.
• Deliver sales presentations and tours to prospective members and close memberships.
• Open and close the club as per roster and contribute to member retention programs.
• Provide regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged and promote club products.
