Responsibilities

• Proactively contribute to club sales and promotions to drive membership growth.
• Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through outreach and referrals.
• Make and follow up on a high volume of lead contacts by telephone.
• Deliver engaging sales presentations and club tours to prospective members.
• Create positive member journeys through personalised interactions.
• Handle enquiries and close memberships in a timely manner.
• Assist with club opening/closing as scheduled and participate in retention programs.
• Perform regular outreach to keep members engaged and promote club products.
