Qualifications

• Front Desk All Rounder role requiring guest‑centric service and professional presentation.
• Polished communication and the ability to handle guest inquiries with discretion.
• Experience in hotel front desk operations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, assist with check‑in/out and payments.
• Coordinate with Front Desk team to ensure seamless guest experience.
