Job summary

As the Front Desk All Rounder, you will warmly welcome guests, manage arrivals and payments, and coordinate with the Front Desk team to ensure seamless stays with elegance and discretion.

You will use Opera Front Desk to maintain guest profiles, handle inquiries, and support VIP arrivals, while presenting a polished, professional image at all times.

Qualifications

• Front Desk All Rounder role requiring guest‑centric service and professional presentation.
• Polished communication and the ability to handle guest inquiries with discretion.
• Experience in hotel front desk operations is helpful.
