Job summary

Accor is seeking a friendly, guest‑facing Receptionist to deliver warm service at our Sydney venues. You will be the first and last point of contact for guests, handling check‑in/out, inquiries, and payments with Opera PMS in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for hospitality, and availability across nights, weekends and public holidays. Aussie work rights and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hotel experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are essential.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Must have full working rights in Australia and a valid Australian driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and check-in/check-out using Opera PMS.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with group arrivals and departures.
• Operate phones and balance transactions.
• Promote Accor loyalty programs and hotel services.
• Support luggage handling, wake-up calls and guest assistance.
• Collaborate with hotel and precinct teams for a seamless guest experience.
