Job summary

Capability HR is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to oversee a enterprise learning platform within the People & Culture function. You will ensure the LMS operates efficiently, supports compliance obligations and delivers a seamless user experience across a large, diverse workforce.

You will collaborate with Learning, Talent, Compliance and key business stakeholders to maintain learning operations while driving ongoing system optimisation and governance

Qualifications

• Experience administering an enterprise LMS.
• Strong understanding of learning administration, user management & compliance training.
• Experience building/interpreting learning and compliance reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of the organisation's enterprise LMS.
• Configure and maintain learning pathways, assignments, user groups, notifications and system permissions.
• Administer mandatory and compliance training programs with audit-ready reporting.
• Investigate and resolve system, access and data issues across integrated systems.
• Manage learner access, role-based permissions and data structures to maintain data integrity.
• Develop compliance, completion and management reports with meaningful insights.
• Provide first-line support for LMS users and coordinate escalations.
• Coordinate testing and rollout of new content, enhancements and config updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning processes, governance and platform performance.
• Maintain system documentation and administration guidelines.
• Support system enhancements, integrations and future technology initiatives.
